Content Contributor Program FAQ's
We have resources that provide guidance on content structure and best practices available to get you started. If you are designing training for an external audience, we can provide 1:1 consulting on instructional design. Email [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
Based on demand, it can take approximately 1-2 weeks. This includes an initial meeting with the Badging Governance committee to review the mission badge proposal. The following week the Badging Governance committee has final discussions and communicates the outcome to you.
Contributors with a healthy curiosity for new information, concepts or features are prime candidates. People looking to upskill, those who see the value of learning or contributing their perspective, or who have an interest in making content better for themselves and others, also make ideal contributors.
People with less Pega or industry experience but who have some content design skills, creating anything from a job aide, to a YouTube training video, also do well as contributors. More experienced people who are interested in sharing their experience (field/real-life/use case) and those able to translate field experience to additional unique content, case studies, examples, and scenarios, also make for great contributors. If any of this sounds like you, we want to work with you.
