Contributors with a healthy curiosity for new information, concepts or features are prime candidates. People looking to upskill, those who see the value of learning or contributing their perspective, or who have an interest in making content better for themselves and others, also make ideal contributors.
People with less Pega or industry experience but who have some content design skills, creating anything from a job aide, to a YouTube training video, also do well as contributors. More experienced people who are interested in sharing their experience (field/real-life/use case) and those able to translate field experience to additional unique content, case studies, examples, and scenarios, also make for great contributors. If any of this sounds like you, we want to work with you.
