Configuring a data model for a case

Configure a data model to define data that you want to use in a case. For example, to include a user's address of residence in a case, add an address value to the data model.

Create a case type. For more information, see Creating a top-level case type.
  1. In the navigation pane of App Studio, click Case types, and then click the case type that you want to open.

  2. On the Data model tab, click +Add field.

  3. Enter a value name.

  4. From the list, select a type of the value.

  5. Click Save.
