Conversational Channels


Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant™ (IVA) is a conversational user channel through which users interact with a Pega Platform™ application in multiple ways. This release provides several improvements to the Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant that reduce time, improve efficiency, and make the system more robust and responsive to users. For example, by integrating emails, case management, and artificial intelligence, you can quickly and seamlessly turn emails into business cases. In addition, by using the preview console you can test and build the IVA for Facebook and Web Chatbot, and easily manage an IVA for Email.
