About MQ Server data instances

Use this form to configure an IBM MQ server to work with Pega Platform MQ connectors and services.

The following tabs are available on this form:

You define MQ services through the Service MQ form ( Rule-Service-MQ rule type). You define MQ connectors through the Connect MQ form ( Rule-Connect-MQ rule type).

When you implement MQ services, create one or more MQ listeners to reference an MQ Server data instance. When you implement an MQ connector, reference the MQ Server data instance on the Service tab of the Connect MQ form.

Access

You can use the Records Explorer to review or create MQ Servers.

Class

The Data-Admin-Connect-MQServer class contains MQ Server data instances. This class is part of the Integration-Resources category.
