Computer not connecting to the network

Computer will not connect to the network.

Cause

Connectivity issues are normally caused by an obstructive firewall or a network connectivity issue. Firewall issues may be caused by incorrect settings or software conflict that may cause the firewall to block data entry. Network connectivity issues could be caused by incorrect settings or defective physical components necessary to establish a connection.

Remedy

System or network administrator
  1. Contact your system or network administrator to test the firewall settings and/or troubleshoot the network components necessary to establish connection with your computer.
