JMS Transport form – Completing the Request tab

Use the Request tab to specify the contents of the outgoing request message.

Message headers

FieldDescription
Name Optional. Select a message header field ( JMSCorrelationID or JMSType ).
Value Enter a literal constant. This field supports the Global Resource Settings syntax (= PageName.PropertyName ).

Message properties

Complete this array to define how your application is to assemble property values and literal values to form the request message.

FieldDescription
Data Type Select the external Java data type of the parameter value: String, Integer, Byte, Float, Double, Int, Long, Short, or Boolean.
NameEnter a property name.
DescriptionOptional. Enter a brief text description, as documentation of this field.
Value Enter a literal constant. This field supports the Global Resource Settings syntax (= PageName.PropertyName ). For more information, see Using the Global Resource Settings feature.
