Activity pzUploadCSVFile failed - Cannot upload responses

Updated on September 10, 2021

You cannot upload customer responses with the Upload Responses wizard to enhance the performance of your adaptive models and the following error message is displayed: The Flow Action post-processing activity pzUploadCSVFile failed: Cannot parse csv file.

Cause

You are uploading responses to adaptive models that were generated from an Adaptive Model rule instance with a customized context. The Upload Responses Wizard does not work with Adaptive Model rules that contain identifiers other than the defaults (.pyIssue, .pyGroup, .pyName, .pyDirection, .pyChannel).

Solution

Upload customer responses with a dedicated data flow. For more information, see Training adaptive models in bulk with data flows.

  • Previous topic A strategy uses multiple models with parameterized predictors, but their values are not recorded
  • Next topic Adaptive Decision Manager does not capture responses for adaptive models
