Use to create text extraction models for text analytics. With text extraction, you can detect named entities from text data and assign them to predefined categories, such as names of organizations, locations, people, quantities, or values.

  • Creating entity models

    Automatically create a case, populate a form, or route an assignment by building entity models for extracting keywords and phrases. Each entity model classifies keywords and phrases as personal names, locations, organizations, and so on, into predefined categories that are called entity types.
