Hotfixes for KYC-RC for Financial Services, Hotfixes for KYC for Financial Services

The following tables list the hotfixes which are required by: 

  • Pega® Know Your Customer Regulatory Compliance for Financial Services application
  • Pega® Know Your Customer for Financial Services application

To request a hotfix, go to your account on My Support Portal. Click New request > For something I need and select Service request > Existing hot fix. Add and verify the hotfix details and click Finish.

Import each type of hotfix in the listed order during the Pega Know Your Customer for Financial Services installation or upgrade:

  • Apply Pega Know Your Customer for Financial Services hotfixes just after you complete the application bundle import.

Following is the issue addressed as part of this hotfix:

  • Fixed Maiden name/Short name drop down to hold consistent values.
19.2HFix-57813Inbound and outbound mapping of Entity incorporation date were failing, because incorporation date failed to get formatted when locale was set to es_ES.
HFix-58080 This hotfix includes the following items for resolution:
  • GEEDD: Item 4-6 which used to accept duplicate values now throws an error if duplicate value is entered and hence doesn’t accept a duplicate value.
  • DoB validation of Direct PEP in GICDD is implemented in such a way that it doesn’t accept future dates.
  • Delete button visibility in Snapshot PDF for Single Page Items has been rectified.
  • Autocomplete issue of New Org underlying principle GKYC cases is addressed. 
18.3HFix-52060

This hotfix includes the following items for resolution:

  • Date of Birth selection option for Controlling Party in CRS is made consistent.
  • Standard Countries List made available in CRS applicable countries.
  • Addressed mapping issues of ComplexItems for a few KYCTypes.
  • Added declare indexes for complex items of PolicyProfile class to support Indexing when KYC or consuming applications turn on EnablePolicyProfile feature.
  • Addressed History icons issues for complex items in SA ICDD.
  • Addressed Design time audit issues of FATCA - New Individual Accounts KYCType.
  • Included Post Processing Data Transforms in Type Definition tab for CRS, FATCA & MiFID KYC types.
  • Addressed UI issues for complex items in CRS new entity accounts.
18.2HFix-47993This hotfix provides Pega Know Your Customer Regulatory Compliance for Financial Services 18.2 compatibility with Pega Know Your Customerfor Financial Services 8.1 and Pega Platform 8.1. It also provides health check support.
HFix-48436This hotfix includes the following items for resolution:
  • Audit changes are withdrawn.
  • Complex items sections have been changed to read only in review mode.
HFix-48880This hotfix includes few additional fields and property rules to be applied to respective KYC types.
17.4HFix-43982This hotfix provides Pega Know Your Customer Regulatory Compliance for Financial Services 17.4 support for Pega Know Your Customer 7.4 and Pega Foundation for Financial Services 7.4 applications.
17.3HFix-39376This hotfix contains Know Your Customer for Financial Services types for new jurisdictions and addresses AML flag issues.
HFix-40144Updates are required in Know Your Customer for Financial Services application ruleset stack to remove the PegaKYCFSIF ruleset reference.
Note: This hotfix needs to be installed for instances running Pega Foundation for Financial Services 7.32.

  • Addressed UI issue of complex items in editable mode after one edit.
  • Addressed issue of SinglePage items not captured in Snapshot of GKYC.
  • KYC health check failure on Oracle is addressed.
  • Autocomplete issue of New Org underlying principle GKYC cases is addressed.

This hotfix mitigates all the changes resulting out of the two Pega Foundation for Financial Services hotfixes.

This fix contains various when rules and decision tables to support the KYC Regulatory Compliance 16.2 release and also addresses the following issues:

  • Performance issues while expanding and collapsing the item groups at the runtime.
  • The override review date feature works only in the US time zone.
  • Item response not cleared when items are conditionally hidden.
  • Busy indicator gets stuck on popping overlays on item description paragraphs.
