When implementing Pega Workforce Intelligence™, you can import your business unit hierarchy and also your Robot Runtime associates whose data gets analyzed and presented in reports. In Workforce Intelligence, these associates are referred to as data collectors. 

Implementing Workforce Intelligence consists of the following steps:

1. In Pega Workforce Intelligence, use the Administration > Organization > Departments tab to export a blank CSV file that you can complete and then import back to Workforce Intelligence. For more information, see the Pega Workforce Intelligence Administration Guide.
2. In Pega Workforce Intelligence, use the Administration > Organization > Data Collectors tab to export a blank CSV file that you can complete and then import back to Workforce Intelligence. For more information, see the Pega Workforce Intelligence Administration Guide.
3. Install Pega Robotic Automation Runtime on each associate's machine that you want to collect data from.
   Your software deployment team installs Robot Runtime software onto your associates' machines.
