INTG0003: Connector's outbound mapping failure

The INTG0003 event is generated when the outbound mapping of a connector fails before Pega Platform™ can create the request.

Reason for the event

Pega Platform applications can be integrated with external systems. Integration specifications are defined in connector rules. Connector rules include outbound mapping specifications. Pega Platform uses the specifications to create the message that contains data from various sources, for example, a case or a data page. If this data mapping fails, Pega Platform generates an exception. Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ (PDC) receives and interprets the exception, and creates an INTG0003 event. PDC creates a unique ConnectMap- case for each source of mapping failure.

For more information, see Event grouping in Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud cases.

Perform the following actions:

  • Open the case and review the events in the Associated Events section.
  • Verify that the properties in the exception are referenced correctly.
  • Use the Tracer tool or other debugging options to evaluate whether the data is formatted and present as expected.
  • If the issue is sporadic, add logic to the application to ensure that the data is correct before calling the connector.
