OPS0015: Agent status issues: an agent has encountered an exception

Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ (PDC) generates the OPS0015 event when the status of an agent changes to Exception. This status indicates that the agent has encountered an exception that has not been resolved.

Reason for the event

Pega Platform™ sends agent status information periodically to PDC. PDC analyzes this information, and if the status of an agent is Exception, PDC generates an OPS0015 event and creates an AgentState case for each agent that has these issues.

You can receive a notification for each occurrence of this event by subscribing to the Agent status issues notification.

Recommended next steps

To resolve the issue, use Admin Studio to check the status of the agent that caused the OPS0015 event. If the agent's status is Exception, restart the agent. For more information, see Managing agents.
