OPS0029: Correspondence Queue Latency
Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ (PDC) generates the OPS0029 event when an application experiences a significant delay in sending correspondence.
Reason for the event
PDC periodically evaluates the Pega-ProCom:SendCorr correspondence queue. If any items have the Scheduled status but have not been processed in the last 15 minutes or more, then PDC generates an OPS0029 event and creates a Correspondence latency suspected case. You can receive a notification for each occurrence of this event.

The correspondence queue has entries that have been waiting for processing for more than fifteen minutes. Sending correspondence might be unacceptably delayed.
Recommended next steps
To resolve the issue, contact a subject matter expert to evaluate the state of the queue. Typically, the easiest solution is to start the SendCorr agent on web-tier nodes and reduce the latency between agent queue runs.
