OPS0030: Correspondence Queue Failure

Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ (PDC) generates the OPS0030 event when an application fails to send correspondence.

Reason for the event

PDC periodically evaluates the Pega-ProCom:SendCorr correspondence queue. If any items have the Broken-Process queue status or the Now Processing queue status but have not been processed for the last 20 minutes or more, then PDC generates an OPS0030 event and creates a Correspondence queue item failure case. You can receive a notification for each occurrence of this event.

Recommended next steps

To resolve the issue, contact an administrator to examine the broken or stuck queue items and remove or requeue them.
