OPS0035: An email listener generated too many errors in the specified time frame

Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ (PDC) generates the OPS0035 event when an excessive number of recent listener requests results in errors.

Reason for the event

PDC periodically evaluates the status of listeners in your system. If the number of errors in the specified time frame exceeds the threshold, PDC generates an OPS0035 event and creates a ListenerErrors case. You can receive a notification for each occurrence of this event.

By default, PDC generates the OPS0035 event if a listener encounters at least 1,000 errors within 30 minutes.

Example message text

Listener EventListener had errors in last 30 minutes.

Recommended next steps

To resolve the issue, engage a subject matter expert to evaluate the state of the queue. Typically, the easiest solution is to start the SendCorr agent on web-tier nodes and reduce the latency between agent queue runs.
