Creating users in Pega 1:1 Operations Manager

Updated on November 2, 2021

Review the list of available user roles and access groups, and create operator accounts for your users.

While creating operator accounts, make sure to enable the Allow rule check out option on the Security tab of the operator account. For more information about creating operator accounts, see Creating an operator ID.

Important: Because Pega 1:1 Operations Manager follows best practice guidelines for case management, the same operator may not combine different user roles. For example, the same operator may not request a change, and then approve their own change request. To execute the entire change request process, make sure to create operator accounts in the BusinessUser, TeamLead / RevisionManager, and NBASpecialist access groups.
Important: You must assign at least one operator to the TeamLead access group as their default access group, otherwise Pega 1:1 Operations Manager will not work correctly.
Important: You must assign at least one operator to the RevisionManager access group as their default access group, otherwise Pega 1:1 Operations Manager will not work correctly.
