Editing CTI links, telephony experience, and call treatment manually

After running the configuration wizard, you can manually adjust settings, change ruleset associations, and edit properties or circumstance rules. You can perform this actions from the Administration & Configuration page.

Ensure that your access group provides the privilege to modify the Pega-CTI ruleset.
  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click Configure Channel Services Pega Call Administration & Configuration .

  2. Perform one or more of the following actions:

    Choice Steps
    Edit a CTI Link
    1. Navigate to the CTI Links page
    2. Select a CTI link
    3. Click Actions Edit
    4. Update the settings and save your changes.
    Edit telephony experience setting
    1. Navigate to the Telephony Experience page
    2. Update the settings and save your changes.
    Edit call treatment options
    1. Navigate to the Call Treatment page
    2. Select a rule and click the Details icon
    3. Update the settings and save your changes.
