Configuring AVOX integration

In order to access AVOX services, the outbound IP of your servers should be added to the AVOX allow list. Please, discuss with your IT department and AVOX how to implement these changes.

After the configuration is completed, review of all the dynamic system settings associated with the PegaAVOX ruleset and ensure that they have appropriate values.
