Specifying your maintenance window

Periodic system maintenance is essential to maintaining the on-going stability and security of your Pega Cloud Services environments, as well as to the evolution of Pega Cloud Services.

Periodic maintenance ensures that your Pega Cloud Services environments stay up-to-date with software updates and patches, and can make use of the latest features and services included in your Pega Cloud Services. For each client, Pega Cloud Services sets a maintenance window, a strict timespan during which Pega Cloud Service Operations is allowed to schedule and subsequently perform maintenance on your environment that Pega defines as necessary. By default, your maintenance window is set to between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am in your local time zone. If you wish to specify a different maintenance window, please contact Global Client Support and make a request to change this default.
