Supporting your applications and your Pega Cloud Services environment
Support for both Pega Cloud Services and for your Pega applications are provided by the Global Client Services team. Pegasystems® Global Client Support (GCS) is dedicated to keeping your Pega® products, including Pega Cloud Services, up and running effectively. For information about GCS and the services provided, see Support@Pega: Client Support Handbook.
In addition, you can refer to the following resources for information about using Pegasystems products, including Pega Cloud Services:
- Pega Community hosts a growing number of articles about Pega Cloud services and policies, including how-to information.
- Communities can provide answers to specific questions that you might have about Pega Platform, Pega Cloud Services, and other products.
- Pega Academy offers courses that are designed and developed by Pega-certified experts to provide design and implementation best practices for Pegasystems products.
You can manage Pega Cloud Services environments from the My Pega Cloud tab on the My Support Portal. For example, you can restart web application tiers within your dev/test and staging environments, download a bundle of log files from your environment generated during the last 30 days, and view high-level details about the environment.
For details on these tasks, please see Self-managing your Pega Cloud environments from My Support Portal.Accessing server logs by using Kibana
While you can generate a bundle of “raw” log files from the My Support Portal, Pega Cloud Services also gives you access to the Kibana platform, which provides the capability to view your server logs for analysis and tracking purposes. Kibana includes tools for searching and organizing the data as well.
Your “Welcome” email and the credential files will give you the ability to access the log files for your cloud environments through Kibana, using the ELK/Kibana logging URL and login credentials for each environment. For details on using this service, please see Accessing server logs by using Kibana.
