Adopting Pega Sales Automation for Healthcare 8.6 features

After Pega updates your application to 8.6, use the following table to identify the tasks that you must complete to prepare your environment to support Pega Sales Automation for Healthcare 8.6.

Pega CRM for Healthcare 8.6 Feature Adoption for Pega Cloud

If updating from version 8.4 or later (a minor update), the update process requires no downtime. For additional information, see Checklist for managing your minor Pega Infinity update and The minor update process for Pega Infinity 8.4 and later.

If updating from version:Complete these tasks:
Pega Sales Automation for Healthcare 8.5
  1. Optional: Updating your built-on application

    If you are using the PegaHCSRM_Cosmos built-on application version, then no changes are needed. If you are using the PegaHCSPM version and plan to update to the Cosmos-based version, update your built-on application.
