Configuring data flows to ingest customer data

Updated on August 3, 2022

This content applies only to Pega Cloud environments

Typically, there are multiple data flows that process the data to a destination depending on the data (customer, product, transactions, and so on) and action to be performed. Create the data flows to meet your needs.

Pega Customer Decision Hub Implementation Guide
  1. Create the data flows to support your data ingestion process.
For example: You can create two data flows:
    • A staging data flow that reads from the file data set and writes to a staging data set.
    • A data flow that reads from the staging data set and writes to a destination data set in Cassandra.
For more information, see Creating a data flow.
