Streamlined validation for engagement policy changes

NBA Specialists working on a Pega 1:1 Operations Manager change request can now validate their engagement policy definitions directly in the application. Users can validate eligibility, suitability and applicability criteria as part of creating or updating actions. Run a validation with configurable test personas to ensure that the outcome of the changes matches expectations, that is, that the new or updated action is selected for the correct audience.

For more information, see Working on a change request.

Support for updating prediction models

Pega 1:1 Operations Manager now supports a change request type that allows data scientists to submit changes to statistical models (predictions) for deployment to the production environment. As a data scientist, you can update a model in Prediction Studio, and then approve the updated model for deployment. As a result, a Change prediction request is automatically added to Pega 1:1 Operations Manager. These requests progress automatically to the deployment stage, enabling the operations team to migrate them into production easily.

For more information, see Replace models in predictions and migrate changes to production.

Easier to add custom action attributes

It is now easier to enable business users to specify implementation-specific data (such as custom action attributes) through Pega 1:1 Operations Manager. Extend your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager application to support custom properties for change requests.

For more information, see Extending custom action attributes.
