Configuring properties for use in engagement policies

To make a property available for use in an engagement policy, define it as a Relevant Record for your primary context class, which by default is your Customer class. Engagement policies specify the conditions under which an action or group of actions is eligible for a customer.

  1. Log in to your application as a user with the your application:CDHAdmins access group.
  2. Click ConfigureApplication> InventoryRelevant Records.
  3. Specify your customer class and click Add records.
  4. Add all properties which should be available for use as eligibility criteria.
