Embedding a microsite link in an email treatment

You can configure email treatments to provide links to a microsite. The link contains the customer and action context, so that the microsite is customer- and action-aware. Microsites can load customer and action data, display it to the user, save action data if applicable, and progress the action.

To add a microsite link to an email treatment, follow the steps below:

  1. In an email treatment, click Insert Button.

  2. Select Microsite as the button function.

  3. Select the microsite from the Microsite list.

  4. Enter the required text, image, and style for the link.
