Embedding a microsite link in an email treatment
You can configure email treatments to provide links to a microsite. The link contains the customer and action context, so that the microsite is customer- and action-aware. Microsites can load customer and action data, display it to the user, save action data if applicable, and progress the action.
To add a microsite link to an email treatment, follow the steps below:
In an email treatment, click Insert Button.
Select Microsite as the button function.
Select the microsite from the Microsite list.
Enter the required text, image, and style for the link.
