Troubleshooting the Context Dictionary

Updated on August 4, 2022

Use the following troubleshooting tips to help solve issues related to Context Dictionary configuration.

Pega Customer Decision Hub

Issue: "No unlocked rulesets" error appears when saving the Context Dictionary

When saving the Context Dictionary configuration, you may receive an error that says No unlocked rulesets/versions found that are valid for this record. Unlock at least one ruleset/version that can contain records of this type. If unlocking a ruleset does not resolve the error, check that the contact policy rule CustomerContactPolicy is available only under the primary customer class of your Pega Customer Decision Hub implementation application:

  1. In the Dev Studio search field, search for the contact policy rule CustomerContactPolicy that is under the primary customer class of your Pega Customer Decision Hub implementation application.
  2. If the CustomerContactPolicy rule is available in any other ruleset apart from the one into which you want to save the Context Dictionary configuration, delete the rule manually.
  3. In App Studio, save the Context Dictionary configuration.
