Pega Customer Service for Healthcare hotfixes for version 7.x

The following tables list the required hotfixes for the Pega® Customer Service for Healthcare application. To request a hotfix, go to your account on My Support Portal. Click +Create, and then select Request Type > Existing Hotfix Request. Enter and verify the hotfix details, and then click Submit.

Import each type of hotfix in the listed order during the Pega Customer Service for Healthcare installation or upgrade:

  • Apply Pega Platform hotfixes immediately after the Pega Platform installation or upgrade.
  • Apply Pega Foundation for Healthcare hotfixes after the Pega Foundation for Healthcare application installation.
  • Optional: Apply Pega Care Management hotfixes after the Pega Care Management application installation.
  • Apply Pega Customer Service for Healthcare hotfixes after you complete the application bundle import.
