Resaving site-specific Interaction Driver rules

In order for Dialogs to be displayed at runtime, you must resave your site-specific Interaction Driver rules, making sure that the Dialogs option is set to Yes.

  1. In Designer Studio, click Designer Studio > Customer Service > Interactions > Interaction Driver.
  2. Select the values for the following fields:
    1. Show Drivers in
    2. Show categories for this interaction type
    3. Driver Name
  3. Click Run.
  4. Select the driver to modify and click Update.
  5. Make your changes and save the form.
