Pega Field Service reports

Pega Field Service includes the core Pega Customer Service reports and the additional reports listed in the following table.

Report name Rule name Report description
Average time to address activities AverageCountReport Average time taken to address activities such as travel time and call time, for a selected time period. The time period can be one of the following: all, today, this week, this month, year to date, and selected date range.
Field Service Requests over a time period FSRReport Field Service requests for a selected time period. The time period can be one of the following: all, today, this week, this month, year to date, and selected date range.
Performance by Service Territory CallsReport Number of appointments and calls, filtered by service territory, for a selected time period. The time period can be one of the following: all, today, this week, this month, year to date, and selected date range.
Work Orders over a time period ActivityReport Work orders for a selected time period. The time period can be one of the following: all, today, this week, this month, year to date, and selected date range.
