General configuration settings

In the Field Service Admin portal of Pega Field Service, you can configure the service territories, work groups, and calendar settings for your organization, create field workers and work order types, and configure general settings that include enabling coverage zones, enabling or disabling real-time updates, updating the Google API key, and scheduling granularity.
