Extending procurement search results

Updated on May 6, 2021

You can search the system for submitted procurements. The search results include, for example, the name, the type, and the status of procurements. You can add more columns to the search results to display more details, for example, bid start date or bid end date.

Before you begin:

Make sure that the property for the additional details that you want to display in the search results exists in the system. If the property does not exist, create it. For more information, see Creating a property.

  1. Modify the appropriate report definitions by performing the following actions:

    1. In Dev Studio Explorer panel, click Records.

    2. Click Reports Report Definition.

    3. Find he ProcurementList report definition by filtering the Report Name column.

    4. In the Query tab, in the Edit columns section, add a column for the property that you want to add to the search results. For more information, see Report Definition Query tab.

  2. Search for and open the SearchResults section of the PegaPS-Data-Entity-Procurement class.

  3. Add a field for the property.

For more information, see Section form - Completing the Design tab.
