Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications hotfixes
For the following application versions, obtain the hotfix catalog and install the required hotfixes by using the Pega Platform Hotfix Manager tool:
- Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications 8.5
- Pega Marketing for Communications 8.1 - 8.4
To request a hotfix:
- Go to your account on My Support Portal.
- Click New Request > For something I need, and then select Service request > Existing hotfix.
- Fill out the case creation form, and then click Finish.
Import each type of hotfix in the listed order during the application installation or upgrade:
Apply Pega Customer Decision Hub or Pega Marketing hotfixes immediately after the Pega Customer Decision Hub or Pega Marketing installation or upgrade. For more information, see Required Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Marketing hotfixes.
Apply Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications or Pega Marketing for Communications hotfixes just after you complete the application bundle import.
