Engagement policies allow you to specify the conditions under which an action or group of actions is eligible for a customer. Based on selected customer or action properties, When conditions, or strategies, engagement policies filter out actions which are inapplicable or unsuitable for the customer, as well as actions for which the customer is simply ineligible.
This article describes the Next-Best-Action framework shipped with Pega Marketing™ 8.4 and Pega Customer Decision Hub™ 8.4. For Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.5, see the Pega Customer Decision Hub User Guide on the Pega Customer Decision Hub product page.
