Troubleshooting actions and flows

Use the following troubleshooting tips to help solve issues related to action processing.

Issue: Accept and reject counts for actions do not update, or actions expire even though a customer has responded

If action accept and reject counts in the Pega Customer Decision Hub or Pega Marketing portal appear to be incorrect, for example, they do not change even though a customer has accepted an action, verify that the MKTResponseHandler data flow is running.

  1. Log in to Dev Studio as an operator whose access group points at the PegaMarketing_FW application version 8.
    If required, you can create the required access group by copying the MKTTemplate:MarketAdmins template group.
  2. In Dev Studio, click Configure > Decisioning > Decisions > Data flows > Real-time processing.
  3. Check the status of the MKTResponseHandler data flow.
  4. If the flow is not running, in the Actions column, click Manage > Restart.
