Map values in Pega Pharmacovigilance

Pega Pharmacovigilance is a modularized application that manages a range of life sciences processes, for example, the data capture of adverse events and product complaints for particular drugs.

Pega Pharmacovigilance includes map value rules that are used as configurable extension points for dynamic class referencing. The following map values are available:

AECPDetermineWorkClass

The AECPDetermineWorkClass map value contains the following items:

Work object typeDescription
EventThe work object type of the issue intake case. Contains classes that inherit from PegaLS-FWAECPFW-Work-Event.
ReviewContains classes that inherit from PegaLS-FWAECPFW-Work-Reviews.
ReviewFlowContains a flow that manages the Review work object.
ReportContains classes that inherit from PegaLS-FWAECPFW-Work-Reports.
ReportFlowContains a flow that manages the Report work object.

MapProductClass

The MapProductClass map value contains the following items:

Product typeDescription
DrugContains classes that inherit from PegaLS-FW-AECPFW-Work-Event-Drug.
DeviceContains classes that inherit from PegaLS-FW-AECPFW-Work-Event-Device.
VaccineContains classes that inherit from PegaLS-FW-AECPFW-Work-Event-Vaccine.

AECPConfiguration

The AECPConfiguration map value contains the following items:

Row nameDescription
SafetyAdminThe ID for the safety administrator with an associated valid email.
PartyRoleThe role of the safety administrator that is necessary for email communication.
SLANameThe SLA rule type that is applied to all Report work objects.
SLAClassNameThe class that is applied to the SLA rule type.
DefaultWBThe workbasket that is used as a base for the dynamically created workbasket.
DefaultOP

The operator ID that is used as a base for the dynamically created operator.

Keep the default password for this user.
DefaultAccessGroupThe default access group rule that is used as a base for the dynamically created access group. This access group should point to the application and use CountryManager as the default portal.
DefaultAccessRoleThe default access role rule that is used as a base for the dynamically created access role. The newly created access role is assigned to the default workbasket and the default access group.
DomainThe domain name of the newly created operator.
ApplicationThe outbound application from which access groups and access roles derive names.

SelectRuleSet

The SelectRuleSet map value contains the following item:

RulesetDescription
DefaultThe unlocked ruleset and its version in which new data instances are created. This ruleset should remain unlocked because all newly created rules that are part of the AECPConfiguration map value are stored in this ruleset version.
