CDH metrics data in Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud

Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ (PDC) provides usage statistics for the Customer Decision Hub (CDH) through several metric categories.

PDC supports the following categories:

  • Decisions: monitors the usage of real-time and batch decisions.
  • Events: monitors the usage of stream events.
  • Data Processing: monitors the usage of batch, real-time, and stream data loads and data flows.
  • Channels: monitors the usage of emails, messages, paid media, and push notifications.
  • Storage: monitors the usage of Cassandra space.
  • Other Statistics: monitors context data loads, and strategy and capture responses.

The following tables describe data collected by each metric category:

Real-time entities, such as real-time containers, real-time events, and custom real-time data flows for a selected node that display the following data:
 • Throughput
 • Decisions
 • Response times
 • Error rate

Distribution of SMS messages that nodes in your system processed over time

SMS processed by node
Number of SMS messages that each node processed

SMS count for all nodes
Number of SMS messages that the selected node processed successfully and SMS messages that generated errors

Paid Media Processed
Distribution of paid media audience counts that your system processed over time
Push Notifications Processed
Distribution of push notifications that your system processed over time
Storage category metrics

Cassandra space consumed

Cassandra space consumed
Distribution of disk space that Cassandra used over time

Cassandra space consumed by node
Space that Cassandra used on each DDS node

Cassandra metrics for the selected node
The metrics for your Apache Cassandra database system, which consist of the following measurements:
 • Disk usage
 • Free disk space
 • Owns
 • Reachable nodes
 • Unreachable nodes
 • Read latency (75th percentile)
 • Write latency (75th percentile)
 • Read throughput (moving average)
 • Write throughput (moving average)
