Overview of Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud core functionalities
Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) monitors every component of your system, collects and aggregates monitoring data, and displays the data on several landing pages. These features help you navigate through and understand the presented information to improve the performance and design of your applications.
PDC receives monitoring data from the monitoring agents that are built into Pega Platform™ components. The agents send all data through Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS). For more information, see How PDC manages monitoring data.
PDC receives data about rules, processes, resources, performance, and more. PDC interprets and displays the monitoring data in an easy-to-read format, which is divided into several categories. For more information, see What data PDC collects.
PDC does neither send any data to your system nor does it collect sensitive data, except for usernames. For more information, see How PDC ensures data privacy.
You can use PDC to proactively improve the design of your applications. Several roles can use PDC to the fullest:
- Application owners
