Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud System Assessment landing page overview

The System Assessment landing page of Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ (PDC) lists interaction statistics for your monitored systems. You can use the page to quickly assess the performance of your system during a time period that you specify within the last 30 days, and respond to ongoing and potential issues.

Performance information is displayed by requestor type:

  • Web
    Browser requestors, which correspond to user interactions with the application, such as clicking a browser button.
  • Service
    External systems that access Pega Platform™, as well as listeners.

Chart view

For each system and application in your enterprise, you can view charts containing the following data:

  • Distribution of healthy and slow interactions
    Comparison of the percentage of healthy interactions (green) with the percentage of slow interactions (red).
  • Average time of healthy and slow interactions
    Comparison of the average time that healthy interactions take (green) with the average time that slow interactions take (red).
    Slow interactions are interactions with the server that exceeded the threshold configured in your application. The default threshold is one second.

Table view

You can access more detailed interaction statistics by switching to the table view.

In addition to the data that is displayed in the chart view, the table view contains the following information for each unit of time (day or hour):

  • Number of interactions
    The total volume of interactions that the selected application processes.
  • Number of alerts
    The total number of alerts that the selected application generates.
  • Average response time
    The average time that the selected application took to complete a request.
