Configuring Kerberos authentication for single sign-on

Only available versions of this content are shown in the dropdown

By default, robots log in to Pega Platform by using basic authentication. You can configure Pega Robot Manager to use Kerberos authentication for robots.

You cannot use Kerberos authentication for the RPA Service, because the RPA Service supports basic authentication only. It is still possible to authenticate Pega Robot Runtime by using Kerberos.

You configure Pega Platform to support single sign-on by using Kerberos using third-party SPNEGO libraries, or you can use your own Kerberos validation method to authenticate traffic to Pega Robot Manager.

SPNEGO libraries are not provided with Pega Robot Manager and you must download them separately.
