Customizing report column names

Make your reports clearer and easier to understand to the audience by customizing the column names.

Before you begin: Ensure that your user account has at least one of the following access roles:
  • Admin
  • ReportAdmin
  • ReportWriter

  1. In the navigation pane of Pega Robot Manager, click AnalyticsReports.
  2. Open the report that you want to edit.
  3. In the header of the report, select Edit report.
  4. Right-click the column name that you want to change, expand the options list, and then select Heading.
  5. In the Heading window, in the Column heading field, enter the new column name, and then click Apply changes.

    You can quickly adjust column names to suit your business needs by
                                editing a report in Robot Manager.
  6. Click Done editing.
