Build notes: Pega Package Server and Server Status Page 3.1

Build notes describe the changes that are included in each build that is created for the Pega Package Server and Server Status. Before you install one of these builds, familiarize yourself with the new features, resolved issues, and other changes. This build changes the system to ensure that information about the Security Token Service (STS) is correctly displayed on the Server Status page.
