Managing distribution lists

As a sales representative or sales manager, save time and increase efficiency by creating custom distribution lists of either contacts or operators, and then send emails in bulk to those recipients. You can also use distribution lists to communicate with fellow sales representatives.

  1. Log in to the application as either a sales representative or sales manager persona.

  2. In the User portal navigation pane, click Bulk emails.

  3. On the Bulk emails screen, click Distribution lists and perform any of the following steps:

    Choices Action
    Add a distribution list
    1. Click Create new list.

    2. In the List name field, enter the list name.

    3. Select either contact or operator from the List type list.

      Based on what you choose, contacts or operators are listed in the table below.
    4. Select the check boxes next to contacts or operators to add them to the distribution list.

    5. Click Submit.

    Edit a distribution list
    1. Select and open the list that you want to edit.

      You can view any lists but you can only edit the lists that you create.
    2. Click Edit.

    3. Add or remove contacts or operators depending on the list type.

    4. Click Submit.

You can send emails to any distribution list directly from the Bulk emails screen by clicking Send bulk email. See, Sending emails in bulk.
