Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook integration in Pega Sales Automation

Updated on September 10, 2021

Synchronize Pega Sales Automation™ with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange to maximize your selling time and keep up to date with your inbox. With the Outlook add-in, your emails are synced back to Pega Sales Automation so you can track activities and analyze incoming data. The Outlook add-in analyzes the sentiment of received emails, and based on that analysis, suggests appropriate actions. You can create contacts, leads, and opportunities more effectively, and can access all of your data, all without having to leave Outlook. You can also use pre-configured templates to quickly create emails.

Based on your application version and business needs, review the following configuration options:

Email integration

Calendar integration

Contacts integration

To integrate Pega Sales Automation contacts with Microsoft Exchange contacts, see Synchronizing contacts between Pega Sales Automation and Microsoft Exchange.

Intelligent Virtual Assistant integration

To configure Intelligent Virtual Assistant for Pega Sales Automation 8.2, see Configuring Intelligent Virtual Assistant for Pega Sales Automation.
