Pega Sales Automation report categories (8.2-8.5)

Pega Sales Automation™ applications provide a set of standard reports that capture your sales data to give you a real-time view of the state of your business. In addition to the provided reports, you can create your own reports to analyze the data that is most important to your organization.

Account and contact reports

Accounts list crmAccountsList Accounts in the database without date parameters.
Contacts list crmContactsList Contacts in the database without date parameters.
New accounts crmNewAccounts Accounts created in the last 30 days.
New contacts crmNewContacts Contacts created in the last 30 days.
New organizations crmNewOrganizations Organizations created in the last 30 days.

Activity

Completed activities by top 10 reportees SFAActivitiesByTypeAndRep Activities completed within the last 30 days by the top 10 direct reports.
Duplicated contacts GetDuplicateList A list of duplicated contacts.

Data import reports

Accounts Account Open accounts that you can use as a template to prepare a new set of data or to update existing data, which you can import by using the Data import wizard.
Activities ActivitiesByOwner Open activities that you can use as a template to prepare a new set of data or to update existing data, which you can import by using the Data import wizard.
Competitors Competitors Open competitors that you can use as a template to prepare a new set of data or to update existing data, which you can import by using the Data import wizard.
Contacts Contact Open contacts that you can use as a template to prepare a new set of data or to update existing data, which you can import by using the Data import wizard.
Households GetHouseholds Open households that you can use as a template to prepare a new set of data or to update existing data, which you can import by using the Data import wizard.
B2B leads Lead Open business leads that you can use as a template to prepare a new set of data or to update existing data, which you can import by using the Data import wizard.

Opportunity reports
