| Action Name | Name of the action code. |
| Description | Description of the action code. |
| Priority | Priority of the action code. |
| Module Source | Module that sets the action code. |
| Module ID | ID of the Module Source that sets the action code. |
| Minimum Urgency | Minimum urgency of the action code. |
| Effective Date | Effective date for this action code. |
| End Date | Effective end date for this action code. |
| Work queue | Work queue associated with the action code. |
