Simulation mode

When Ethoca Alerts simulation mode is enabled, Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers simulates the Ethoca Alerts service responses by specialized data transforms.

For example, if you want to simulate a create response, you can configure the SimulateCreateEthocaCase data transform. The application reads that as the simulated response from the merchant.

The following table lists the data transform rules that are used to simulate the responses for each Ethoca Alerts service response message object:
