These reports provide the following information:

• The total chargeback amount that a dealer pays to a manufacturer filtered by month or a region.
• The chargeback amount by product hierarchy and the chargeback amount versus supplier recovery amount by month.
• As a dealer, you can review the cost that was incurred due to faulty parts or products over the year for each defined region.

For example, if a supplier or a dealer is responsible for the product failure, then the manufacturer recovers their cost. This recovered cost is called a chargeback amount. The chargeback amount reports show you how much a dealer pays to a manufacturer.
