• The historical data for the total warranty cost that incurred through warranty services.
• The total warranty cost by month, warranty cost by month by region, average warranty cost by month, average warranty cost by month by region, total warranty cost by bill of materials (BOM) by serial number, and the total warranty cost by product hierarchy.
• As a manufacturer, you can review a set of warranty-specific key performance indicator (KPI) data presented on your dashboard.
• As a manufacturer, you can review multiple business transactions linked to a warranty, such as buying, selling, and servicing products.

For example, after a dealer creates a Repair order case for the product that is under an active warranty, Pega Warranty generates a Warranty claim case to recover the total repair cost from the manufacturer. The manufacturer evaluates the claim and pays the required amount to the dealer. This cost is called a total warranty cost for the manufacturer.
