Screen information captured for Workforce Intelligence

Updated on January 2, 2020

Pega Workforce Intelligence™ uses two types of events to collect high-level information about the screen or window of an application:

  • Form focus events
  • Page focus events

Form focus events occur in Window applications, while page focus events occur in web applications. For more information about enabling the collection of these events, see the Pega Workforce Intelligence Administration Guide.

In Window applications, Workforce Intelligence captures the screen title from the window title. The following image is an example of the screen title:

For web applications, Workforce Intelligence captures the page title, URL, and various aggregated metrics about how the user interacts with the page during the session. The page title and URL are presented as the screen title and URL in Workforce Intelligence.
